Does anybody know of a simple ad script that has the ability to serve html banners? (like linkexchange code & so on)

PHPadsnew is very good.

good for about 6 request per second or 500000 per day.

but be careful, there are some programs that have conflicts because phpadsnew opens a mysql database and the conflict has to be fixed at the server level.

look at the phpadsnewforum for the solution ( sorry it's not in my head right now)
