I would like to know what Authorize.net resellers you recommend! Great customer support is more important than rates...

I've for example heard that people using e-onlinedata aren't so satisfied...

There are a number of them. CDG on here is one. And then there is another that I cannot mention due to the TOS LOL

(BTW, Henrik - Corey's company also offers the Authorize.Net gateway - that's the part he couldn't mention in his post due to the forum TOS.)

One question for you... are you looking for the Authorize.Net gateway by itself, for use with an existing merchant account?

Or are you looking for a bundled solution that includes the merchant account + gateway all in one? If it is the latter, you definitely have some good options available to you.

On the service and support side - you will definitely want to ask any prospective processor about what kind of online reporting they provide as well as what tools are provided or included to help you minimize chargebacks and handle any disputes that you do receive.

It is also good to find out what level of technical, merchant & customer support are provided as well as what kind of assistance is provided on risk & chargeback issues.

Are you based outside of the U.S., Henrik?

Unfortunately I am not aware of any merchant accounts for European (or other non-U.S.) businesses that are compatible with Authorize.Net.

And Chris is right - being in Sweden - you won't be able to get an authorizenet.com gateway unless you have a US presence & able to get a US merchant account. I am also sure that there are no processors / resellers outside the U.S. for authorizenet.com
