when i run /scripts/cpbackup, its appear something like this: Grabbing mysql dbs...Waiting for load to go down to continue..Grabbing mysql dbs.../usr/bin/mysqldump: Error 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query.... and I found that it cannot backup the db completely.. how can i solve this issue?

Maybe you can try to increase the Max_allowed_packet and timeout on /etc/my.cnf
