Either it is confusing or I am dumb. Anyway, can someone clarify.
If I have an eNom $7.95 account, I can create retail accounts for no less than $9.17.
Lets start:
1 - Now if I offer my customers a retail account for $9.17, that means I won't be making any money.
2 - If I offer a retail account for say $10, I will make a profit of (($10 * 0.97) - $0.95) - $7.95 = $0.80 for every domain that they register. (3% for transaction charges and $0.95 standard transaction fees goes to Enom).
3 - Can I sign up the customers with a new retail account, and register the domain in my $7.95 reseller account and then push it in my customer's account.
If I register a domain, I will have to pay for 3% transaction charge only (that too if I use paypal to refill my account). So the cost to me will be $7.95 / 0.97 = $8.20. Since I can push the domain freely into the customer's account, I make a profit of $1.80 if I charge the customer $10. Is that right?
Hope I have made myself clear. Please help.
