Why do you want to pay 5 years up front? I mean in this industry a lot of companies go belly up with in a few years. I would be very careful if I was you.

Okay, lets make it 2 year plan...

If you are going to pay upfront for such a long period of time, go with a big company that has proven they are good and here to stay. Perhaps, Dell Hosting, Verio, or other big names can provide you with the long commitment you need.

actually companies can go bust in like 2 months. dont go for anything more than 6 months :)

i would also try and get upgrades in with your contract
say a year from now space and bandwith changes
u might as well be able to take advantage of that
incase they do change there plans

try and ask stuff like that also
