I play firefighter and get paid for it. :) But the hours rock, so hosting is a full time job and the firefighting is like getting paid to do a hobby. I am lucky. :)

Same here. Being a full-time cs student I have to spend many hrs. on the computer doing programming and some web-related stuff. I also do webdesign stuff, but those are just hobbies and for fun. I wouldn't imagine making websites forever as a career. haha.

I also have a main job as a slacker; I wish I could get paid for that.

Afer computer... the next best topic I work on is human management standardizing working methods...
One must learn to care for your clients and equally important your staff.
I really have to learn to have my team motivated always and perform better... That is the only way one can be the best... :)
A strong team is very important... I'm glad that my team is really shaping up well nowadays...

have a great day :)

regards
amar

Web hosting is a hobby for me, I host sites for friends and family at no charge.

In order to pay for my hobby, I manage software engineering, quailty assurance and job production departments for my company.
