is this really 10mbit unmetered? i.e. some of your other offers cap the outbound traffic to 5mbit.

yes the transfer is unmetered.
The 100Mbit backbone is shared as stated above but you can expect 1200-2000GB/monthly throughput outbound and 3000GB/month inbound
