My appologies if this is the wrong forum. Since this is a question for "dedicated server owners/sellers" I figured it was more appropriate here then in the general business forum.

We are currently reviewing our contracts and would like to compare against "industry standard" contracts.

If anyone is willing, could you post a reply with (or PM me) a copy of your dedicated server contract? ie: terms/conditions for dedicated server lease, including payment clauses, cancellation clauses, contract duration clauses, etc..
