I am looking for a good L3 provider who is offering dedicated and colocation in Los Angeles and San Jose. 4.78.195.60 is an IP i found for LA and 63.209.18.0 for SJ

I can give you IPs of the routers in SJ and LA if you want that but what type of L3 provider you are inquiring about? Pure Level3 bandwidth or a BGP with Level3 in the mix. Are you looking for raw colo and bandwidth? I can point you in the direction of many providers in LA and SJ with L3 bandwidth. Whats your requirements and people can give suggestions from there?

I need Level3 - pure or a bgp doesnt matter as long as BGP is full of a blend of other good providers ... not liek 10% l3 and crap otherwise - anyway I need L3 in va, la, and sj - so if a provider can provide all 3 that'd be beautiful

To start i'd need dedicated servers to test bandwidth - but then a mix of colo/dedicated

Any dedicated server providers with competitive L3 pricing would be goood - would probably need a Dual Xeon to start then move up to co-lo and / or more duals
