Not that I see... it's probably best to contact them, directly (https://orbit.theplanet.com/).

Here is what I am seeing...

2 gig4-5.dsr2-1.dllstx4.theplanet.com (67.19.255.33) 0.858 ms 0.722 ms 0.734 ms
3 * ibr2-ae0-v1.dllstx2.theplanet.com (12.96.160.2) 0.406 ms 0.402 ms
4 ge-4-0-159.ipcolo1.Dallas1.Level3.net (4.78.220.9) 1.098 ms 1.449 ms 1.727 ms
5 * so-5-1-0.bbr1.Dallas1.Level3.net (4.68.112.177) 1.320 ms 1.157 ms
6 so-1-0-0.mp1.Denver1.Level3.net (209.247.11.21) 14.975 ms 15.697 ms 15.480 ms
7 so-6-0.hsa1.Denver1.Level3.net (4.68.112.154) 16.504 ms 16.647 ms 15.457 ms
8 se3-0.public1.Broomfield1.Level3.net (209.245.16.18) 16.984 ms 16.678 ms 16.478 ms

I don't think this is packetloss from level3 as much as it is an on going issue with my firewall... running a trace from another machine shows no problems.

As you were asked in the previous thread, please provide a traceroute showing the issue.

Great, I had just made up my mind to join th planet for a dedicated server. I had pick between sagonet, hostdime and the planet, that was those I think it one of the best, but now when the planet is down Im not sure if I should join then anyway.

Whoa whoa!! There are not down!!!, I'm sorry if I made it seem there were down. There are not down. I have 2 threads going, and need to remove myself from one. It doesn't look like a planet issue, but ISP connecting theplanet.
