SiteStudio & H-Sphere Control Panel from Positive Software - tell us your experience.

We are looking at H-Sphere control panel from Positive Software as alternative for Cpanel/WHM for new servers. During the latest update of SiteStudio, the response from positive Software support staff was less than adequate.

Still we would like to have H-Sphere panel but we are now worrying, because seems to us there is no free support from Positive Software even for minor updates. If you use SiteStudio or H-Sphere, I would appreciate if you share your experience.

Yes, we are not providing FREE support for installs or upgrades beyound bare minimum. We have hundreds of people who done it sucessfully on their own - so it does work.
You also have a choice to pay our team to perform the upgrade (or install).
In most cases - it is people skipping steps that causes the issues.

I like it. Positive's support is pretty good, can be a little slow at times, but they always get things done.

H-Sphere support has had rough times, but usually is very good.

One comment about SiteStudio, it's a great program for newbies who find even FrontPage/Dreamweaver difficult, but there's no way to migrate SiteStudio sites to another H-Sphere host or to extract to HTML to modify the pages freely. At least not officially anyway.
