I want to rent a dedicated server (Windows NT) with include MS SQL installed, no problem if Second hand. also not problem if not so fast procesor. I want to use ASP program , webmail + SQL
Any suggest for me?

It sounds like you have some pretty specific needs. You may want to consider building your own box and co-locating it in an ISP.
