What is the best means for Web Hosting advertisment? I tried PC Magazine and a bunch of other magazines but found that the return was not worth the cost. Anyone have any ideas?

I have said it before, and I will say it again.

The best way to advertise is locally door to door. Let people in the communitiy know you are around. They like the personalization and they want a face to go with the host.

But Michael, then you wouldn't be yet another ad in a magazine filled with webhosting companies (offering big deals, lowest prices, yadda, yadda). Wait a second, there isn't much competition locally. *wink*

Really, unless your webhosting company is featured in an article in PCmag, then I doubt you'd see a return. I look through many-uh mags, and I wouldn't just pick a compnay randomly out of there.
