You pay them $80 per month to get a piece of software and they don't even install it on time..

what is the typical time to wait for a cpanel license.. its been 2 days!!!! arghh....

Burst takes about a week to answer a support ticket on cpanel issues, they are great at AIM (being online) but thats about it, you litterally have to open a ticket, when you see them online and active to allow them to answer a ticket. If you dont, then it will sit there for a full week, then they finally answer you and very likely you already had other assistance with the issue....a week ago.
