It looks like SM buys BW from all most every one Internap buys bw. Has any one done any testing to see if SM bw meet the quality of Internap bw.

I would take Internap anytime over SM, no idea why though...

The routing engine that Server matrix uses is quite different from InterNAP? ... Also, just because the providers are listed the same doesn't mean the amount of connectivity is the same. 10 gigs of cogent and 10mbps of every other provider bgpe'd isn't the same as say an even 1 gig of each :D

I would venture to say that InterNAP's routing is unsurpassed by any competitor as of this time.

I should also mention how well prepared they are, I could writes pages on the subject. Most notably, when I visited 250 Williams (The Inforum in Atlanta; InterNAP, GBLX, Bell South and a few others) they had Cisco Catalyst 6509's running HSRP and several offline spares. Despite the 100+ degree temperatures outside, I was pretty close to asking if I could borrow a jacket on that tour ;).
