We are two internetcompanys: one webdesign and one hostingcompany who works together.

We want to colocate two DELL Poweredges 2550.

We want to register 4 different nameservers:
* ns1.webdesigncompany.com
* ns2.webdesigncompany.com
&

* ns1.hostingcompany.com
* ns2.hostingcompany.com

The servers will be located at two different places in Amsterdam, Europe.

One DELL server will be using Ensim Webapllicane 3.0. The other only Webmin. Both systems will use Redhat Linux 7.1.

What's the best solution for the nameservers? So want we want stable namservers. Are there any scripts for to automatisate it or do we need to add everything manuel on both servers ?

Kind regards,

Tom

After you've setup one of the servers, wouldn't you use DNS Zone transfers to copy the same zone infomation to the other servers?
