more features would be needed as to disk space, bandwidth...oh yeah, how much you are willing to pay.

Qmail is needed or wanted? I'd hate to eliminate a great host because of that? Just womdering...

Most of the host here offer what you listed as requirements. Tell us a little more about what you are looking for as far as support, payment, prices, package specs, etc. I'm sure there will be several hosts here that can help you out.
