Programmer wanted (PHP or CGI) to create a set of scripts to move a full cpanel server to another cpanel server

this process will entail:

(*) tar up and untar all proper home directories
(*) resetup all sites on new server properly
(*) migrate / transform any ips from old host to new host
(*) move all ssl certs etc
(*) move any reseller whm panels
(*) user name / passwords
(*) group files (/etc/groups)
(*) mysql databases
(*) crons
(*) user domains / valiases

basically everything.
