I can offer bandwidth of 10 MBPS+ for good rates. I have special deals with 2 data centers right how (Verio and Ardent), where I get bandwidth for a little cheaper than is expected.

I would like to sell in 10 MBPS increments, and if a user needs more than that all the better.

Ardent Prices range for $170/MBPS - $100/MBPS (and lower if you use *a lot of bandwidth*.

Verio Prices range from $220/MBPS - $150/MBPS. (doubt you'll find these types of rates anywhere else.)
