Hello, I was wondering if you could do the following, since im on rackshacks dns.

How do I do the following on a raq?
You have received this notice because your BigMailBox web-based email
service has been suspended. The reason for the suspension is because the MX
record for blazersonline.com is not pointing to "mailrecv.bigmailbox.com".
This is the ONLY entry that you should have in your MX record:
blazersonline.com preference = 10, mail exchanger = mailrecv.bigmailbox.com
To reactive your account, please have your MX record modified to point to
"mailrecv.bigmailbox.com". You will need to contact your hosting company
and have them make the necessary modifications to your MX record so that you
and your users can start receiving mail through BigMailBox. Once this has
been done, please contact us and we will reinstate your account.
On my cobalt control panel I dont see anywhere that says MX. Appreciate if anyone could help. THanks.
