How do I do the following on a raq?

On my cobalt control panel I dont see anywhere that says MX. Appreciate if anyone could help. THanks.

That's your mail exchanger record in the domain name server settings..
control panel - dns - pick the domain in question - edit the mail exchanger record.. (mx)
