It's down here too. Their support desk is up though.
I checked it from alertra and it's working fine from there. Looks like some routers at their DataCenter are down.

well, let's hope it's not a paysystems scenario

Yes, 2CO currently down here.

hehehe to me it appears to be a paysystems scenario, doing business with 3rd party processor is becoming a joke.

2CO was worse than PS. No need to post when their website is down, since that is the usual behaviour.
And about 3rd party: I remember tomd stating that 2CO was "not a 3rd party processor", although I never got the point :)

My staff in seattle can access it normally. And I accessed it normally from one of my theplanet servers.

Well for me, in the UK, www.2checkout.com (http://www.2checkout.com) is down, but www.2co.com (http://www.2co.com) is up.

There have been a large number of large scale DDOS attacks going on lately. Authorize.Net, 2Checkout and other services have been hit by them without any real pattern to it.

Why anyone uses these guys is beyond me - get the h** out of there and as fast as you can.One of the stunts they used to pull regularly with us was to show our balance as "Money Left" but the money never turned up,they used to send it to the Caribbean and far away places - don't think they ever heard of the Banks in GB!!
We are not saying all this without experience. We were actually with them for over 2 years!

We are waiting on Paysystems to answer our finalising questions before moving to the Merchant Account with them.
As I just stated in the 2CO forum above this one, we were all ready to finalise the details with Worldpay, but stopped dead in our tracks after reading about all the added payments they keep asking for after the initial large payment which would have been over £400 GBP for us.
Even though Paysystems did what they did,we would still trust them far and away above 2CO. PS got our money into a GB bank the next morning after release,so Thursday the release and Friday it was always in.Once it was delayed by 3 days.We were with PS for 1 year.We were with 2CO for 2 years.
It is no good cutting off your nose to spite your face, and no good jumping from the frying pan into the fire. So we wait.It is costing us a lot of lost sales,so far over £1000 GBP, but we have the stock here and it will sell to other customers .In the meantime we are accepting postal payments, have received these from Australia, Sweden and the US with no problems.
