This is NOT a job for someone who "knows alot about server stuff". This is NOT for someone who is used to dealing with control panels...we don't use them.
This is a job for someone who is an EXPERT in Linux and network issues and knows everything inside and out. Need someone with PROVEN experience (helping your friend put up a server, in his bedroom, doesn't count). Will be responsible for routine maintenance, security and prevention issues - as well as troubleshooting "glitches" and doing upgrades.
Absolutely MUST be reliable and available for emergencies. This is NOT an hourly position - but a salaried position. Expect about one hour per day of work (or less) - but, in an emergency situation, could be much more.
This is a serious job offer. Expecting serious inquiries only. Reply with salary expectations and experience (ability to follow these directions will count!).
We're easy-going and easy to get along with...really! :)
