Hi Guys,

One of our server was with dedicatednow and after IP migration emails are not working. I was checking through dnsreport and couln't find the solution.

You can check the dnsreport for one of the domain.

http://dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=maxpomedia.com

Can you guys help me out.

Thanks
stephen

Have you rebooted the server?

Yes, we did few times and didn't help. If you look at the dnsreport you can see those errors.

I did look at it, now i get

A timeout occurred getting the NS records from your nameservers! None of your nameservers responded fast enough. They are probably down or unreachable. I can't continue since your nameservers aren't responding. .

Same thing I mentioned to you on the cpanel forum. Ping also fails.

Hi.

delete dns zones and create them again for the accounts
check this file: /etc/localdomains, make sure all domains are in that file including mail..... ,
restart the dns bind, make sure no error messages.

do this grep:

grep -r "oldip" /etc

make sure it is not still there somewhere.

Try that and let us know.

You seem to be missing reverse DNS as well. Ask DN to add them for your mailserver IP. That can affect your sending to some mail servers.

If your name servers also had an IP change, make sure that you change that with your registrar also (Register DNS).

We have changed everything in registar. Also reverse dns has been setup by datacenters.

Now only we are getting reverse dns issue.

Any clue where may be the problem?
