Wrong. Cost is irrelavant...it is replacement value that matters. Ask any insurance company...
You obviously know nothing about the law. My point was he can prove that he sent that particular server which if brand new shouldnt have any problems as stated.
In a legal course of action it's not only what he paid for the item but other damages as well.
As far as you claiming that you've admitted to being wrong you may have started as I havent been frequenting this board that much in a long time. I do know that you make more excuses than i've ever seen by any 1 person.
Also are you saying all of the complaints about burstnet are just bs?
As for new products not working properly from the get go that is true, but its generally not the issue nor the norm. The guy also stated that he tested out the machine prior to sending it and everything worked so that would be his word vs. yours in a court of law.
what's the scoop on the receipt scan?
Chicken try to leave this thread open so people such as myself can at least reply back. I do not understand the new format that this site has taken on. It seems that since advertising has come into place moderators will lock up threads quicker, but then again that may not be the case as I stated above I havent been frequenting this board that much in a while.
