This host has to be the most unreliable host I have EVER been with. I signed up a bit more than a week ago and it took them 2 days to setup the account that they claim takes less than 24 hours. My site has been down for over 48 hours!!! Their main site forwards to some Jazz site now?!?!? They answer none of my email regarding account setup, features, and my recent cancellation notice.
Anybody know what the @#$@ is up with these guys????

I'm right there with you! I've only been with them for three weeks time, what a joke this company is so far.

Their offer was either have them register the domain name for free or 2 months of service. The 2 months of service is a little less than $20 and to register a domain name with dotster is only $15. Logic says to save the 5 bucks and register it myself, but instead I was lazy and had them register it. They did but put themselves as owner.

This whole week and most of last week their DNS servers have been on the fritz. I don't see how any company that thinks they are in the web hosting business can have problems that last this long.

I've had three support tickets openned with them so far. After they emailed me back saying that it was fixed, I had to re-ask them to do it again because it wasn't done correctly or not at all.

News like this is always disturbing..hurts the good webhosters out there too. Looks like similar problems are going around with this co., and their clients.
All too often there are stories like this.
If youve tried to cancel and have gotten nowhere, I highly suggest you contact your CC company and have them do a chargeback, as it looks like you are not getting services that you paid for.

I sent an email to the vice president from an email address I saw in a post of his somewhere in this board. I basically demanded a refund and account cancellation and told him if I did not hear back from him by the end of next week that I would contact the BBB and file a complaint against them. So in the mean time if anybody can refer me to a NT host with about 500 megs of space and maybe 10 gigs of bandwidth and SQL options let me know.
