View Full Version : Whew, Kayako is making me mad!!!
VN-Ken 08-18-2004, 11:41 PM As I have read many posts about this great software, it really is a dream come true for me. Great structure, style, and easy to use. When I initally signed up, I chose the 14.95/mo plan with is only like two staff, and 2 departments. So then when I started hireing I had to upgrade my license, and told them if I could just pay the difference between the 14.95/mo plan and the 24.95, and they said they would issue a refund, for the 14.95, and I could just re-signup. Then she said I could just sign up, and get instantly activated and they will refund me, since she wasn't going to be online for long. So I went ahead and did that, and for the past two days, I have been wondering, where my refund was from the 14.95..... I send a ticket in each day the refund isn't made. This is starting to get on my nerves, as I don't think they will ever pay. Has anyone else had this issue?
SillexWeb 08-19-2004, 12:14 AM Many of the members here on Kayako seem to adore Kayako. I don't think that they would risk their reputatoin on $14.95. I myself used to use it, although not for my hosting company. If you're really desperate, which I don't think you are, you could call the number (international) in their whois info for their domain.

Most refunds usually take a period of 5 days minimum to complete. Give it some time.

Xoopiter-Jeff 08-19-2004, 01:13 AM They do take a little but some times but are usually prompt. They have been great to me when I purchased the eSupport and had an issue.
Good luck
Jeff
Neosurge 08-19-2004, 02:38 AM I don't think you have anything to worry about, I have known Varun for many years and he would never be untrue to his word. He is a very reputable businessman (which is one of the reasons his company is soo successful).
Hiren Mehta 08-25-2004, 06:09 AM Kenneth,
Your order was refunded in full on the 19th itself and a confirmation mail was sent to you.
Regards,
Hiren Mehta
