hi
i need a bandwith script or a module
that can limit bandwith of domain or ip

i want to limit it like raqs do

for example i want to

limit 192.75.98.04 with 512kpbs

this means simultaneously sum of all users bandwith usage cant be more than 512kpbs


sorry maybe youc ant understand what i want but raq users probably understand what i want

if anyone knows module script ... please write it in here
