I just purchased a new dedicated server from Hostnetway. Prior to purchase, I was a little concered with a company that I was not that familair with.
But this company offered me quality service. Within 48 hours of purchase, my server was setup. and ready to go.
Then of course I needed some special configurations to the server and I had an opportunity to use their tech support ticket system. Tech support replied in a reasonable amount of time. They very helpful and they configured everything that I needed.
So far I am very happy dealing with this company and they will be getting my next server order.

Hmm, I can't say I've had the best experience. I've talked to sales via live chat and response was extremely slow (it took 12 minutes to answer one question), and they closed the chat session before I even finished asking the series of questions. I wasn't too pleased with their pre-sales service, but I may give them another try in the future.

How long have you been a customer?
I would say that having a couple tickets answered immediately is not enough to say that their support is good (I'm not saying it isn't).
Try submiting a ticket at 3 a.m. and see how long it takes them to reply.

Well it is nice to see our clients post on the forums. I am glad to hear you are another satisfied dedicated server client.
As well, Semi-Server, I do probably remember having a conversation with you, and at that time, I was working alone, operating, billing, sales and technical support, however now the company is much more stable, and has been divided out as far as our departments for faster responses in our sales department.
We challenge you to test us out!

Today is my first day with this company. I was impressed they delivered the server as promised and offered excellent service throughout the day. They are working very hard to resolve all of my server issues.
You are right. You can not rate a company just after one day. I will post messages from time-to-time giving an accurate description of the quality of their services.
