Anyone use dedicated-servers.co.uk? Any thoughts on their colocation service?

I am currently on their £99 a month Raq4 program.

Great package - but they're not really that clued up about things.

I'm still in a nightmare situation to sort out the DNS after they cocked up big time on the setup.

Mind you, once this is sorted it'll be great ;-)
