Correction: promotional servers come with 1200 GB transfer not with 700 GB. :)

As always I will definately praise velcom as their NY/NJ dcs continue to have 100% uptime. Toronto is nice but the traffic goes through NY first and chicago for most major canadian isps, so NY/NJ really the best.

I really praise the Velcom Toronto Network. It's very fast, runs well and here (in St. John's) I have a low-latency connection. I get a 50ms ping from the THT Network and a 75 ping from the Teleglobe Network.
