I have had a server with Easydedicated for 5 months now. After 2 months they began overcharging me, at first they blamed it on me for pressing buttons in paypal, which is pure rubbish. They overcharged me again the following month. Eventually they took responsibility for these overchargings, blaming their book-keeping service.
I was told this problem would have been rectified by now, and still nothing. Because of their persistent overcharging my credit card was maxed out which affects other payments I need to make, surely this would entitle me to some compensation, well I think it should. Up to this point Easydedicated owe me $720 and with no offer of compensation at this point. Easydedicated are a good host technically, however their support leaves a lot to be desired, as this situation shows entirely.
Maybe someone who reads this will also be a customer of Easydedicated and can reply to this post and share any problems they have had, especially with the "book-keeping" service.
