I need a credit card processor who is not too expensive..............
1> Revecom -- looks too excellent but 4 days and no response from the support team. Sent 5 emails.
2> 2checkout - look too unprofessional........ very slow support team. Design and services seem too unprofessional.
Any other......... Please help. My need is to sell a downloadable software , webhosting , membership to my portal and another memberrship based site.......

Although 2checkout's website is appalling, we have found their service on the whole, pretty good. You can customise your order section, to improve on the default one...

After payment can you redirect the customers to a scpecial custom thank you page on your server i.e. on your site to update the Affiliate commision link.........
Can they also handle specail promotion coupons..... though it is a secondary matter.
Third > do you find their support fast ????????????????????

Yes, you can use the passback feature to redirect your customers.
No, we currently do not support "discounts". This is a feature we are hoping to add in the near future.
All support email is responded to within the same day, normally within hours depending on the load.
I will say though, all support email is directed to me, and I personally answer 90% of it. Questions beyond my scope of knowledge go to the programmers and designers. For 2 days I was suffering from the flu but forgot to redirect the mail. That has been corrected now.
If you are still awaiting a response, please resubmit your email to me.

Also I dont see Indian flag on their "Pick a Region" list, how did you signup with them?

Same experience here. Just the autoresponder "please let us know how we can help you bla bla"

To be fair, 1st items I open are always ones with SellerID #s (since they pay for the service)...
However, I usually am able to get the inbox empty for at least 1 screen shot a day.
If I haven't responded, plse send another email & put webhosttalk in the header.

Hey buddy what do you think ????????? Isn't it that pre sales querries need to be answered fast...... And if that is the case... then this company is not at all professional and wehever i complete with my iBiz course than i need to gift a free copy to the CEO of revecom.........

also my experience with revecom was very best, I got first reply with 5 minutes. that impressed me so much I immediately signup with them and since last 3 months I have absolutely no problem except there fraud checking system is extremely senstative but it may be because they want to prevent fraud. I guess good for us. So thumbs up for revecom. :agree:
I also have account with worldpay.com these are big guys with office in all around the world.
lord2001, if you want to register with worldpay.com you need to signup at there UK web site but there signup procedure is pretty lengthy and they will also give you settlement after 8 weeks because you will be new customer for them.
Anyway I will highly recommended revecom and worldpay both are very good and professional companies in my sense and current experience. :)

I forwarded your query to Kristin because she is involved in sales, I'm not. How does that make you feel you haven't got a reply?
If I recall correctly you don't have a credit card to use to open an account and were looking for alternative methods to pay.
When your payment is received we will assign you a SellerID and contact you via email, as Kristin stated in her response to you.
We don't offer a Demo of the Admin tools. Instead, we offer a 30 day, money back guarantee. That should give you sufficient time to configure and test out our tools.
We don't currently offer anything other than the affiliate program. What did you have in mind? We are open to suggestion if it is something that can be implemented seamlessly and is of benefit to our clients.
You'll have to decide if it is better for you to sign up now and test out the Admin functions prior to introducing your site(s), or if it is better to wait

My only prob is getting an international credit card......... Citibank is putting a prob cos i already got 3 credit cards with those guys valid only in india and nepal........... eeks!!!!!!!!!!!
