We are an Alpharetta, GA based web hosting and domain registration company in business for 8 years. We own and operate a few web sites -- the flagship of which is "Need A Dot Com?" (www.needa.com). We service thousands of clients, and operate efficiently with a full-time staff of 4.
JOB BASICS
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and self-motivated individual to help us build and maintain strong customer relations, and help sell our services throughout the process. Must work well with geeks.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
+ Serve as the primary phone contact for our customers.
+ Enthusiastically follow-up with new and existing clients to help build and maintain strong customer relationships.
+ Answer written inquiries to basic billing and technical questions.
+ Review outgoing business communications for excellence in service and clarity.
+ Enthusiasm for building customer relations a must.
SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
+ Conduct sales calls to existing and prospective clients.
+ Maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development and to promote client retention -- this includes writing a monthly newsletter.
+ Participate in local professional, business and civic organizations to enhance personal development and to promote company recognition.
+ Assist in the creation and management of new marketing and sales ideas
+ Enthusiasm for growing business a must.
EXPERIENCE:
+ Minimum of two years of relevant customer service experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
+ Excellent phone and writing skills.
+ Ability to make sound business decisions.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
+ Good planning and organizational skills necessary to achieve business goals and to increase office efficiency.
+ Internet basics.
+ Ability to work effectively with our small team and independently.
+ Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary.
