Hi,

I've a client's visitor who had this problem too. His visitor was visiting his site at www.domain.com but this error appears:

Problem Report: The system detected an Unresolved Host Name while attempting to resolve the host specified in the requested URL.
Message ID: UNRESOLVED_HOSTNAME Problem Description: DNS resolution failure encountered.
Possible Problem Cause: The host entered has a mistake, or the Requested Web site is temporarily unavailable in DNS. Possible Solution: Examine or correct any mistakes, or try again at a later time.

However, his domain name is registered. I've no problem accessing his site, but one visitor got this problem. May I know where did the problem lie in? Thanks for all replies...

Best regards,
Joann

If the domain name just got it's nameserver entries updated, there's a 24hr minimum wait time before the changes get picked up all over the Internet.
