I am looking for someone to provide me with a new design for my site, something clean cut and professional looking, kind of like a sports type site. I am willing to pay for good quality work but nothing that breaks the back.

I would be happy to hear from serious designers who feel they could help me, I can then give the spec and see what you think. Designers with portfolios are recommended.
