We will never keep your domain. We will have it transfer to you when you decide to leave. I have explain this in one of your post.

I dont what's your domain. But I guess you are on our "freedom" web server. Currently, it is a schedule downtime, we sent out email 24 hours ago to inform all customers about this matter.
We are replacing HDD and rebuilding the system as we speak here. It should be up soon.

If you have any problem with us. Please contact us directly. You will never get your problem resolved by posting in here.

I would encourage all hosting clients...whoever their host....to try to resolve issues professionally through their hosts-by phone, trouble ticket, and/or email.

As to these specific complaints, the response seems quite reasonable. As to the other ramblings, I find it hard to grasp the complaint or issue.

I do know that the host has experienced some problems in their relocation to another NOC, but have confidence ecommerce will work them out and return to their previous level of service.

I agree, there's no need to trash anybody here. Get your problems solved with your host personally or get another host.

There's plenty to choose from.

I know they are good with tech support so contact them
give them little time they will take care your problem

To my understanding is this forum just try to get people togehter whom has a lot of experiences about web hosting ...... to help others whom had no experiences, to share your experiences with hosting....... for adver I do not think that this forum has any responsibilities for members's adver; it's up to you trust them(the host company) or not!

This is true of course, though if you have a problem with an advertiser, please send an email to us, at least as a record, and if necessary, we'll investigate the complaints and review the account. I know Matt has attempted to pick advertisers that have a decent record, and while you are likely to have a good experience, that isn't to say everyone will.
