Recently I checked my website and was very surprised to see the page rank of 0 . But I have had the page rank of 4 before.. Just was wondering why my pagerank went down so much?

Sounds to me like you're domain has been banned. What domain are you speaking of? Maybe PM it to those who want it so you don't get banned for advertising.

This happened to me once with a domain and it being banned WAS the reason. Never hurts to send an email off to google. They got back to me within 72 hours.

Why is google killing off the very sites which makes google what it is.. You find many sites that have been banned for know or little reason....... This monopoly is getting to there heads!

You have not been banned. You would not have a page rank at all - but you do. And a quick search: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&c2coff=1&q=links%3A+www.hostinsta.com shows your links.

Having a PR 0 might menan the the bot just did scan your site & it is getting ready to update.

It could also mean you have been penalized. Doing a quick search on your website, I did not see the three big things that could get you penalized:

Link Farming
Hidden Content
Guest book Signing:

Thanks alot for your advice. I guess I'll just have to wait it out :)

One of my pr4's went to a 0 a couple updates ago, and is now back to a 4 again.

This is just one of those wait it out things. I would be concerned if it stayed that way for more than 2 updates.
