None of our customer are Popular Web Portal, they only Company Web Sites.

But, why our data transfer/bandwith are growing fastly ?? and we already take charges for additional bandwith 225 GB !!!!

I think this high bandwith is from email Worm Viruses, who use our smtp or pop3

What do you suggested ???
Can we blocked email that have viruses ???

Why lot look at your web, ftp, smtp, pop ,etc logs and see what is going on. That would be my first step.

You might want to make 404 error pages that are only a few bytes. When CodeRed was in full force, we saw a 600% increase in our traffic, even though none of our servers were actaully infected. The huge increase in bandwidth was because of all the 404 pages we were sending out. By making all of our error pages just a couple bytes, we were able to bring our bandwidth back to almost normal.
