Hi,

I'm playing around with the idea of using ModernBill for a couple of our recurring transactions. I bought a leased license until I'm sure I want to use it. It seems to have an ample number of features, but I'm having a couple problems that perhaps somebody here more familiar with the program can help me sort.

1. I added a couple packages, but when a customer goes to /order, if you go through the registration, it puts sales tax on them, which I don't want. Is there an option to disable its automatic tax calculations?

2. Regarding billing, I would like to use the 2checkout module, since we are currently using 2checkout for a credit card processing. Has anyone any experience with this? I enabled the module, but I can't see where it's actually using it. In the mock account I registered (That charged me tax), when I login to "pay" for the order, I can only bring up a list of invoices, and can't figure out how to actually pay them. And I know if I can't figure out how to pay them, my customers won't be able to.

When I click the invoice number, I get the message "Access Denied".

Does anyone happen to have any ideas?

Thank you.

Well, for one I forget which area that taxation thing is at...aha found it. go to tools : system config. on the right side theres a link named payment config. Click it and inside there, theres taxation options.

As for access denied, it might be better to ask support assuming you have it. Your gona need it at one point, gaurenteed lol.

I have quite a bit of experience with ModernBill and I could help you setup more advanced features with your installation if the need ever arises. Let me know if you're still having trouble with your taxation and 2CheckOut problems.
