I'm running a *******.com server its a P3 866, 256 RAM, 20 gig IDE HDD, and Plesk 2.0.
I've got it parsing stats from a game server and hosting about 15 websites, but it seems to be going deathly slow.
I checked MySQL for the loads and its pulling only .43 queries/sec so thats not it, and the server loads average under 10%
Why is it going so damn slow? Any ideas? Where should I look?

From Telnet or SSH, I mean from Shell....
use command
top
ps ax
ps aux

LOL! Nothing is using more than .6% of the cpu and mysql is using 5% of the memory. So is this just a bandwith issue?

You really dont have nearly enough information to make any sort of call on this based on what he's written. There are lots of different config problems that could cause problems like he is describing.

What other info do you need? I am really PO'd about this.
For bandwidth:
Try to FTP a large file both up and down. Also run a traceroute from different points on the internet. If it's bandwidth you'll see it.
Use http://www.traceroute.org
Server-wise:
It may be a configuration error with your network settings or applications. This will require a more complex diagnosis if the simple stuff like "ps" and "top" aren't finding the problem.

Ah! It was the bandwith, I contacted my company and they said their network is over-congested, they have built a brand new data facility and will be moving my server over there!
