Hi Folks,

In WHM when listing accounts on server one i can edit the usernames and it has the edit 'icon' next to each username.

But on server two i do not have this option; and i cannot edit the username or domain used,

I was wondering how i can get server ones way onto server two.

Are you running the same version of cPanel on both servers?

Same version yes

Post your version and os info.

A: WHM 9.4.0 cPanel 9.4.1-R64
RedHat Enterprise 3 - WHM X v3.1.0

an other is

B: WHM 9.4.0 cPanel 9.5.0-E34
RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0


It is B that doesn't have the feature we need like A.
