I need a merchant account that has the following

No Monthly Fees
(Not Paypal)

And has pretty good services for hosting type sites.

I would also like the my name to appear on the statements of the clients but I dont' think that possible with no monthly fees.

I think what you are looking for is a third party system.

I would recommend 2checkout.com their support is excellent and the features they provide are very good and they have like $49 setup fees and no monthly fees

No but I don't think there's a full merchant account provider (gateway, etc.) without monthly fees so something is gonna have to give here.

We go through Wells Fargo (http://www.wellsfargo.com) and the monthly fees are very little. Hope that helps.
