I'm thinking of signing up for one of their packages, perhaps dedicated. Just wondering if anyone has any positive/negative experiences with them (TotalHost.cc). Don't seem to be a lot of past threads on it.

We have had some dealings with them on a company level and they are very professional in our correspondence.

They once offered a very good server up for auction starting at low price, and than pulled it off. I don't have any experience with them. But the move probably wasn't a good business move.

Search the ads forum for more detail.

Otherwise I don't know anything else.

Thanks guys. I guess I'm looking for actual experiences from people who've hosted with them, to better gauge their uptime, tech support etc.

Im hosted by them now.. and I must say that these guys are by far the best as far as uptime and customer service and everything. When I moved to them from my previous host they helped me set **** up and got me going quickly..

And I run a busy message board that gets hits 24/7 and not once have I recieved a complaint.. and to be honest... I am always on my board.. and I did experience downtime since I joined a few weeks ago... once and it was for 2 minutes.. thats it.

Yes, we will be launching a series of auctions very soon with great deals such as that had. We took it off because we had not thought it through, and the script we were using had multiple bugs.
