I'm looking for a new webhost. I had previously been hosting my domain at HostOnce.com because I'm not that bright and was lured into the unlimited space thing before realizing that that's a bunch of hooey. Heh. But I've been scanning for a host, and I'm absolutely baffled because I don't know which ones are reliable. So, here's what I think I need.

It's just a personal site that only uses about 6 MB now, but it's constantly having things added to it so I anticipate needing at least 20 MB eventually, preferably more. It doesn't need a whole lot of bandwidth either.
-Unix server
-CGI, Perl support
-preferably $10/mo. or less

That's all I really need. I love all the extra little features, but it seems that most hosts I look at are really geared towards e-commerce and all that, and $15 a month is more than I want to pay just to host my personal stuff.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Here's a great way to find a host.

Head over to hostrecord.com, and do a search for the features and price range you are looking for.

Could also try these:

hostindex.com
hostsearch.com
findwebspace.com

Search this board, you will find hosts that are not only right for your price, but also are excellent host.

Also, post a request in the ad forum.
