When I login I get this error

Error opening ../data/default_pref
Could not create initial preference file!
Please contact your system administrator and report this error.

Can anyone help ?

Howdy,

Check the install doc for Squirrelmail. I believe you have to chown/chmod the data dir so the web server can write in that directory.

Thanks Frank for that I forgot to change it but done that and loged in

ERROR : Could not complete request.
Reason Given: CREATE failed: Can't initialize mailbox node /home/sites/site40/users/username/mail/INBOX.Sent: Disk quota exceeded

but I have 13.5mb left of disk space

any ideas ? I can send from it.

my other question is how do I change the email address it send from ? it comes from username@domain-name.com I would like it so I could change it to info@domain-name.com ?

Hi

I have it now work on RaQ 3 and also the RaQ 4 servers.

RaQ 3 server not to sure what was up with it but I save the folder setting and refreshed and it sorted it.

RaQ 4 server straight in not a problem.
