You can't. You, can slice it and let photoshop do the coding (use the slicetool and save for web) but you don't want it to do the code. What you can do is to slice every single bit yourself and then start creating the page using dreamweaver. If you have some html/css skills you'll get a page that loads fast and works in every browser. With a ps site you'll just a heavy site with mostly just iexplorer and maybe if you're lucky netscape support.
