Does anyone know how I could forward email for a certain username to two different addresses simultaneously?

I'm not sure if the .forward works on RaQs (not sure why it wouldn't but...), you can also set up a two person mailing list

Never tried it, but could putting 2 addresses with a comma or semicolon seperating them in the forward box work?

I think I have tried that one before (at the time, I don't think it worked).

It does not work from the GUI. You can telnet into your server, switch to root and edit etc/mail/aliases manually. Just add a comma and a space to the forwarding adress. It should look like that:

user: user1@domain.com, user2@domain.com

Works well on the RAQ4
