how do you make orbit rings like the rings on saturn. i want a ring to orbit my picture...

Use photoshop, make circles, and then goto Edit->Free Transform, and you can transform the shape to look like an orbit ring. Then what you do, is you create another orbit ring (or duplicate the same one) and set it to the foreground color, and make it a little smaller, and place on top of the first one, and voila.

i dunno which one to do in transform.,. i tired that before..

edit -> free transform -> Resize for resizing sides (seperatly)
edit -> free transform -> distort for resizing corners, so you can create a perspective effect and so on.
