What are the best ways to accept online payments for a hosting company based in Peru?

The thing is, we have been terminated by 2co and blocked because they listed us as high-risk (only one $350 charge for yearly hosting that looked like fraud) and said it was not worth their time to do business with us in a rude manner. Hearing other horror stories, we decided to stay away from 2co, and not go back to them even if they did unblock us.

While iKobo looked good, it would take forever for the iKard to be delivered, and the verification process would be simply too much for us to handle. We've also heard that many people don't trust iKobo anyways.

We are currently using ClickBank, but it takes forever for the money to be delivered and the fees are high. This is simply unacceptable for it takes about 20 days for fees to arrive (haven't got our first check yet).

Is there any processor with affordable prices and fast support that supports Peru? We were looking at WorldPay, but we didn't get any replies to our emails after 2mo that was dispatched to thier sales.

Peru's banking system is very different - I have actually worked with one of the banks down their thru a third party. Since most people do seem to have Visa / Mastercard the market is just not really there.

There are some - but affordable is the key term. What might be affordable to some, is not affordable to others.

So, what should we do to accept payments and such?

What do you consider affordable? Are you wanting a third party or your own merchant account?

We would perfer our own merchant account, although a 3rd party one will work. We cannot afford anything over $100USD setup fees, and nothing over $30 in monthly fees.

For something like that - you might check out ikobo. Unfortunately, due to the high risks already involved, I cannot think of a processor that will actually do it.

I'll e-mail a few people & if they reply, I will let you know

Hi, a fellow peruvian here too, I am into the same situation with Paysystems having closed their IBA services, I was going to sign up with 2CO but after what Excelblue comments now I have doubts.

I am also interested if anybody knows of some alternatives. We can't afford, yet, a merchant account.

Getting a partnership seems the best way. I'm actually just work for a Peruvian host, but am a US citizen. Ended up my Peruvian business partner and I sorted out a deal for me to process the payments and send them at a $3 service charge per check.

Hi, I am really having a bad time with the Paysystems situation and not sure what way should I go now, I am even thinking about getting a US partner, I have posted about it in other forums.

Any ideas?

p.s: I have not posted the url of that thread, I am not sure about the rules in this forum, if anyone interested in details please PM me.
