For your Web Hosting Websites, do you all just have VERY INTELLIGENT minds and design the web page with your own good programming knowledge? Do you all have an HTML Editor or a Web Designing software thing? Or do you all hire a web designer?

We kinda in between, we bought a template, which is one page. I think a lot of hosts here buy a design or template.

We do a little of each. I do some hand coding and use dreamweaver to put some together. The designs are all our creations we don't buy any templates. So far we can still be original in our thoughts, though that may change if we get a lot more customers! ;)

Everything on our site is made by someone on staff :) I handle most of the design currently while other people handle the programing.
